Buildings are valuable long-term assets and so are the security, safety, and comfort facilities of the building.
Compucon provides building facility systems in 4 areas, namely, Security (such as using video surveillance and access control devices), Safety (such as monitoring indoor air quality, detecting smoke), Utilities (such as monitoring power and water consumption), and Public Addressing (such as with video displays).
Compucon PC server recorder for Video Surveillance hosts Access Control and/or other functions if ordered. A single screen allows the customer to view any selected facility function at any time. Dual screens are an option. This is where human-machine interface takes place. It is a very important, if not the most important, part of the system. Without an easy, efficient, and effective interface, the facilities systems will not that be useful.
Devices such as cameras and magnetic door locks are important. They constitute the other visible half. As devices evolve at a faster rate than systems, information on devices will be saved over time in the Resources tab.
Please go to the Resources tab, in particular, technical snippets to read about various tips on video surveillance and access control that are not commonly known to the public. For example, Compucon mixes video surveillance with access control, intruder detection, horn speaker announcements, and so on for maximum security effects. This is possible only because various facility applications run on the same PC.
